Andrea has been teaching mindful movement practices since the 1980s. Trained in 5Rhythms® in 1987. After decades of championing this the 5Rhythms® she has expanded her teaching by synthesizing many modalities of movement and body psychotherapy. She is one of the four founders of Open Floor International. Currently teaches workshops and training globally
