Joining as a working member

A central part of the ICMTA is that the Association is run using Dynamic Governance, an innovative self-governing model that helps develop self-leadership and collective intelligence; a radical experiment in being and working with each other.

If you are interested in a hands-on experience of Dynamic Governance and in contributing to the work of the ICMTA with your skills while enjoying collaborating with inspiring people, get in touch with us at

We will also regularly advertise open positions on our website and in our mailings. To see the Domains (areas of responsibility) and Responsibilities of each Circle click on Working Circles.
