Blending therapeutic enquiry with Open Floor Movement Practice, we explore the stories, circumstances and political systems that keep us shy, disempowered and stuck, practicing new ways to move through life with body confidence.

ONLINE - (em)BODY Practice Group, weekly Open Floor movement practice classes focused on body image. Open to women and non binary people.
