About Me

Aisling grew up in rural Ireland. Her connection to movement started early as she training to become a physiotherapist and Pilates teacher, solidifying her passion & revealing how movement heals both body and mind.

Communities You Teach

Outdoor and indoor conscious dance with live DJ and facilitation with two other conscious dance trained people to the general public. Occasionally with children and older people.
