Creativity Refresher For Your Dance Space

For this Turning of the Season - the ICMTA quarterly Continuing Professional Development's sessions - we are pleased to welcome Sarah Blagg.

Sarah Blagg is a 5Rhythms & Open Floor teacher & artist who has been creating art for dance workshops for over 20 years. She teaches in the UK and in Canada.

Sarah will transmit her life-long knowledge on how to craft (he)artful & soulful installations for our movement space.

"We will warmup our bodies and succinct dance so that we are more present to our topic.

With a mini practical hands on exercise we will gather, show, and create simple installation examples. We will make use of our feet and hands. And discuss different ways in with creating installation, what to include, lighting options, your own artistry, & obstacles.

We will finish with a little whirl of dance letting our hands & feet reunite in the dance in the space we have created."

This event is free for ICMTA members as part of our commitent to provide Continuing Professional Development for our members.

Non-members are most welcome to join, with a 15€ entrance fee.

If you can't make it at this time-date, the recording will available to members and registrants.
