Ronny Temple is a 5Rhythms© teacher with a wide breadth of experience in movement meditation and leadership.
He studied and practiced meditation with Krishnamurti (whom he met in the early 80’s) and with Osho Rajneesh (with whom he practiced meditation for nearly two decades in both India and the United States). Ronny’s great love and focus since 2002 has been Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms© dance and movement meditation practice. Ronny stewards ‘OlyWaves: 5Rhythms Movement Meditation’ where he offers weekly classes and workshops in Olympia Washington, which is located on the traditional homelands of the Squaxin Island Tribe. "It is a piece that I’ve used many times to help dancers get out of their heads and into their bodies. I also use it to inspire dancers to connect/partner with each other.
