ICMTA Teachers' Gathering 2023 - France - 10 - 14 October

We are extremely happy that the Teachers' Gathering of 2023 will finally have us in 3D, in presence, in the flesh, outside of the zoom windows for our feet to slide, stomp, jump, evolve together on a real floorboard dance floor!

To Gather Together  10 - 14 October 2023 France

The intention of this Reunion is to gather, co-create and bring forth the healing power of conscious movement. Together.

  • to connect, share, be, love, collaborate, reflect, grow…
  • to fill our medicine bags with nurturing time and practical tools to bring back to our teaching spaces.

Who Is This Gathering For?
For teachers and teachers-in-Training, who are part of the conscious movement schools of ICMTA: 5Rhythms®, Soul Motion, Movement Medicine™, Open Floor, freedomDANCE, Azul Conscious Movement and SomaSource.

You do not to be a member of the ICMTA to join. You can join us even if you are not part of any listed schools, but please get in touch with us before.

Dates & Schedule:

For full programme please click here.

Ideally, we ask you to arrive on Tuesday 10th October, have dinner together and start around 9pm with an opening ceremony.

The programme will then run for three full days Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th and Friday 13th, and the morning of Saturday 14th when we will finish just before noon with a closing ceremony.

We encourage the departures on Saturday 14th after lunch.

We would like to first invite people who can stay for the whole time. We might open the demands for partial attendance once closer in time to the event, depending on the space available.

His embodied heart is evidence of these teachings. He lives in the countryside in the Netherlands and teaches internationally.

His down to earth humanness creates safe spaces in which the life force can find its way to move through and out onto the dance floor.

Arjan has a theatre background and is now therapist as well.
